Once we have a list of your preferences, we will be able to search the whole market for what you are looking for, preview those properties most likely to suit you, draw up a shortlist and guide you round each one until the most suitable property has been identified; we will then negotiate the best possible terms on your behalf.
The mere fact that we are acting for you, the buyer, is often enough to reassure a selling agent, and also their client, that you are a qualified buyer serious in your intention to proceed. Often this is only half the job, as once the price has been agreed, we help ensure all the relevant documentation is obtained, organise an independent survey and valuation and, if needed, introduce you to a solicitor and mortgage broker.
Throughout the process we maintain regular contact with all parties concerned, including your solicitors, to make sure the purchase remains on track until contracts are exchanged. Before completion, we re-inspect the property, take meter readings and are happy to advise on removal companies, cleaners, interior designers and building contractors.
